Qualifications

• Backgrounds in customer service, recruitment, education, acting/theatre, or fast-paced startups.
• Strong written and oral communication; proactive daily outreach.
• Organized, independent, able to manage a large educator pipeline; adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and interview applicants via phone to assess suitability.
• Match candidates to the right role based on preferences.
