Job summary

Living Sky School Division is seeking an Educational Assistant at Hartley Clark Elementary School to support inclusive learning and student engagement. This temporary full-time position commences immediately and ends June 30, 2027, with responsibilities in small groups and the classroom.

The right candidate will have Grade 12 and relevant childcare experience; a post-secondary certificate in Early Learning & Childcare or Youth Care is an asset.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 education with at least one year relevant childcare experience.
• Post-secondary certificate from a recognized institution in Early Learning & Childcare, Youth Care Worker or equivalent would be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support core subject areas in both small groups and in the classroom.
• Ability to facilitate teacher-planned lessons/activities with basic knowledge of Grade 5-9 math concepts.
