Qualifications

• Educational Assistant certification or relevant experience required.
• Ability to work with students in one-on-one and classroom settings.
• Experience or ability to work with young children.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship skills; able to work in a team.
• Positive and flexible attitude to change.
• Interview will be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a student's educational program.
• Work as a team member in a fast-paced, student-centered environment.
• Meet health and hygiene needs of children as required.
• Provide individual support in speech, motor, language development and life skills.
• Collaborate on development and implementation of Individual Improvement Plan.
• May involve some lifts and transfers.
• Other duties as assigned.
