The position offers an hourly rate of CAD 23 to CAD 29 and requires strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and within a team. Experience with behavioural challenges is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting elementary students with behavioural challenges.
• Educational Assistant Certificate or Behaviour Intervention training is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a home-based learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support to two students in home-based learning environments.
• Assist with behavioural strategies and routines.
• Communicate progress and concerns with families and teachers.
• Travel to and work at the student's home-based learning location.
