Mondelēz International in Ontario, Canada seeks a manufacturing operator to run high-speed wrapping lines, perform preventive maintenance tasks, and support TPM-based improvements. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficient production in a fast-paced environment.
You will operate equipment, perform adjustments, and collaborate with the line team to ensure packaging materials meet quality standards and production targets. Strong reading, documentation, and teamwork are essential.
You independently operate and maintain at leas one process or equipment or systems following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards and use your technical skills to improve line and/or system performance to meet business needs.
You are a key ingredient in changing how the world snacks. You will operate and maintains equipment to meet our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets. You will execute all standard work processes using AM and PM (progressive maintenance standards). In this role, you will ensure that safety processes are observed, and that quality assurance activities are performed. You will take an active role in shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, stops reductions loss analysis and breakdown elimination.

Operates equipment to package bulk candy. Performs running adjustments to equipment to ensure optimum efficiency and output. Works closely with Bulk Handler and Line Manager to ensure product and packaging materials meets quality requirements.
The expected annualized salary range for this position is $49,105.00 to $68,757.00CAD depending on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in a highly competitive bonus program with a target of 5% with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results, and potential shift premiums and / or overtime.
