Mondelez International in Ontario is seeking an hands-on technician to operate and maintain equipment, delivering safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets. You will apply autonomous and progressive maintenance standards and report losses for continuous improvement.
The role requires manufacturing experience and a High School Diploma, with a day-afternoon rotation schedule and a competitive CAD salary range plus bonus eligibility.
You independently operate and maintain at least one process, equipment or systems following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards and use your technical skills to improve line and/or system performance to meet business needs.
You are a key ingredient in changing how the world snacks. With coaching, you will operate and maintain equipment to deliver on our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets. You will use execute all standard work processes on your equipment using AM (autonomous maintenance) and PM (progressive maintenance) standards and ensure that safety processes are observed, and that quality assurance activities are performed. You will understand the losses in their area and equipment and report them.

The expected annualized salary range for this position is $42,848.00 to $60,330.00 CAD depending on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in a highly competitive bonus program with a target of 5% with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results, and potential shift premiums and / or overtime.
