Zen Educate Inc. in Vancouver is seeking a regional leader to drive launch and growth for a new city. You will own end-to-end delivery, hire and build a team, and drive monthly revenue targets across a portfolio of accounts.

You will lead a 2–12 person Account Manager team, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Product, Onboarding, Marketing, Compliance and Sales to scale in the region. This role offers equity, a hybrid work model, and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager role
• 6+ months of peer leadership

Responsibilities

• Define your region's launch and growth strategy and ambitious revenue targets.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of a new city including planning, hiring, and launch.
• Lead revenue growth, manage a portfolio of key accounts, monitor KPIs and take decisive actions.
• Lead a commercial team of 2–12 Account Managers with weekly 1:1s and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with Product, Educator Onboarding, Marketing, Compliance and Sales for successful city launches.
