Oxford Learning
Above all, we're looking for someone who builds trust with families quickly and naturally and who picks up new systems and routines fast. If that's you, the rest will follow.
Oxford Learning is looking for a dynamic, organized, people-focused Education Coordinator to run the day-to-day of our learning centre - working closely with students, parents, teachers and administration to make sure every family who walks through our doors has an exceptional experience.
This is a full-time, in-person role based in Halifax and Bedford, transitioning quickly to a consistent 35-40 hours/week. Because family and student needs don't always follow a fixed clock, we're looking for a self-starter who's comfortable stepping up when the centre gets busy — not just someone who wants a predictable 9-to-5.
