Saanich Schools in Canada is offering a temporary JOB SHARE opportunity with a fixed Wednesday shift from 8:40am to 2:48pm, 10 months per year while classes are in session. The position pays $30.20 per hour and includes a schedule that accommodates the spring closure and related LOA terms.
The end date is June 23, 2027, or return of the incumbent, with benefits for eligible employees split between sharer and co-sharer as outlined in the collective agreement.

Additional minutes per day are included in the‘Current Shift’schedule above, which staff are expected to work daily in lieu of the spring break closure week in order to allow employees in continuing and temporary assignments to be paid their regular pay during the spring closure week as per Letter of Understanding- Spring Closure Week.
This positionis NOT entitledto collaboration time as outlined in the 2022-2025 Letter of Understanding - Support Staff Learning Improvement Fund.
This is a temporary JOB SHARE opportunity, posted in accordance with Article 16.04 of the collective agreement. Benefits for eligible employees will be split between the sharer and co-sharer so there is no additional cost to the employer beyond the cost of the sharer. (The sharer is the continuing employee who is the original incumbent in the position being shared. The co-sharer is the employee who co-shares the position).
