Saanich Schools in British Columbia is hiring for a district support staff role aligned with the current shift: 8:25am–3:10pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday; 8:25am–2:00pm Wednesday, Friday; 10 months per year while regular classes are in session. The district serves about 8,000 students across 18 schools and employs over 1,300 staff dedicated to helping students achieve personal goals.

Additional minutes per day are included in the‘Current Shift’schedule above, which staff are expected to work daily in lieu of the spring break closure week in order to allow employees in continuing and temporary assignments to be paid their regular pay during the spring closure week as per Letter of Understanding-Spring Closure Week.
