Saanich School District in Victoria, BC, is hiring a temporary educational assistant to support vulnerable students in an alternative setting and assist with the secondary Math 9–11 and English 9–12 curricula. The role is based at Broadmead campus with a schedule that includes 8:40am–3:20pm, Monday to Thursday, for 10 months per year and a partial Friday each month.
Pay is $30.20 per hour, and the position ends December 18, 2026, or when the incumbent returns.

(Includes 1/2 hour unpaid lunch) 10 months per year while regular classes are in session
$30.20 (any continuing employee awarded a temporary position will receive the continuing rate of pay for the position)
This position is entitled to collaboration time as outlined in the current Letter of Understanding - Support Staff Learning Improvement Fund.
