Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant operations, warehouse, distribution, logistics, or related experience with leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nightly warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring safety, accuracy, and on-time completion.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to foster a positive, inclusive, and accountable work environment.
• Assign work and allocate labour based on daily priorities and workload.
• Monitor performance against safety, quality, productivity, service, and KPIs.
• Promote a strong health and safety culture and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Communicate daily priorities and performance to the team.
• Identify issues, troubleshoot, and take action within policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other supervisors and teams to coordinate workflow.
• Provide ongoing feedback and development to improve performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and efficiency.
• Support a patient-first approach by ensuring safe handling and distribution of healthcare products.
