This position services the Vancouver market area.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Seek opportunities for growth and development for new and existing customers.
  • Manage the profitability of your territory, utilizing Gordon Food Service tools to exceed customer expectations in service, quality, and partnership.
  • Act as a business partner to customer accounts, helping to increase their business and providing menu solutions as needed.
  • Promote new products and marketplace trends to customers.
  • Review territory reports to evaluate progress, sales volume, and identify targets for accounts.
  • Coordinate with your District Sales Manager to ensure contract consistency and explore opportunities to grow business.
  • Collaborate with Customer Support, Marketing, Warehouse, Transportation, and Credit departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in food services
  • At least 1 year of sales experience with proven negotiation skills
  • Initiative-driven with results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Excellent customer service skills and self-motivation
  • Collaborative and adaptable in high-pressure environments
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, or Marketing is an asset
  • Multilingual skills are a plus
