Job summary

Echo NDE, a wholly owned subsidiary of Rockwood Service Corporation, is seeking Eddy Current Technicians to support projects and turnarounds across Alberta.

You will perform ET testing, calibration of equipment, interpretation of indications, and ensure quality and safety on site inspections. Must hold CGSB ET1/ET2 and be willing to travel throughout Alberta and work extended hours as required.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and assist with various NDT techniques.
• Able to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, and operate Eddy Current Testing (ET) equipment per procedures.
• Conduct Eddy Current and other NDT examinations per client specifications.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain records accurately and timely.
• Maintain testing equipment and ensure calibration is current.
• Travel throughout Alberta to support inspection projects.
