Job summary

Echo NDE seeks an experienced Guided Wave Ultrasonic Testing Technician to support our Red Deer, AB operations, performing GWUT inspections on pipelines and related assets.

You will interpret inspection data, ensure compliance with standards and safety requirements, and collaborate with field teams and clients to deliver high-quality results. A minimum of 2 years NDT experience and CGSB UT Level 2 certification are required.

Qualifications

  • CGSB UT Level 2 certification required.
  • CGSB MT/PT Level 2 certifications are assets.
  • CSWIP Level I (GWUT) certification considered an asset.
  • Hands-on experience with Eddyfi GWUT systems preferred.
  • Experience with GUL or MsS systems will be considered.
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant NDT experience.
  • Rope Access (IRATA) certification is an asset.
  • Ability to travel.

Echo NDE is currently seeking an experienced Guided Wave Ultrasonic Testing Technician, to join our growing NDT team to support our operations out of Red Deer, AB.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with advanced inspection technologies in a dynamic field environment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform Guided Wave Ultrasonic Testing (GWUT) inspections on pipelines and related assets.
