This senior UX Designer role involves leading and executing all phases of user experience design for complex projects, following an established service design playbook. The role encompasses user research, prototyping, usability testing, and iterative design improvements across the project lifecycle (Discovery, Alpha, Beta, Live). Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to Agile (Scrum) methodologies are crucial.

• Experience facilitating user research and usability testing.

• Degree or diploma in graphic design.

Preferred Skills & Certifications :

• Degree or certification in usability, human-computer interaction, or technical writing.
• Experience with accessibility compliance testing.
