What you will doYou are a compassionate person who genuinely wants to see families thrive. You have a Bachelor of Social Work, are working towards one, or you feel you possess the necessary skills and lived experience for this role. You have experience working alongside families in crisis. You are an excellent communicator who values openness, honesty and transparency. You are a problem solver who works collaboratively with others to develop effective solutions for families. You are knowledgeable about the child welfare system, including relevant provincial and federal legislation, and you are comfortable challenging the status quo for the betterment of Indigenous children, youth, families, communities and Nations.
