Overview

We have over 22 Nursing Clinics across Ontario and we are always looking for new and innovative ways to deliver care to the patients who need it the most.

Are you a skilled and compassionate RPN / RN looking to make a meaningful impact in your community? In this nurse-run clinic role, you’ll deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive, autonomous setting. You’ll use your clinical expertise in holistic assessment, wound care, IV initiation, and care planning to provide scheduled services for patients.

You’ll take the lead in direct patient care, managing clinic supplies, and ensuring a safe environment by following established protocols and reporting practices. You will use your wide scope of practice to ensure quality improvements that will help shape a better healthcare experience for all within the clinic.

We are looking for RNs and RPNs to work in our clinic in Petrolia, Ontario .

We have two scheduled lines we are looking to fill.

Shift one : Hours are 1500-2000h Monday to Friday with alternating weekends.

Shift two : 12 hour shifts 0800-2000h in with alternating weekends.

What The Role Involves

  • Developing and maintaining an effective Care Plan with respect to Community Health Services, independently or in cooperation with the Ontario Health atHome.
  • Working with patients in-person to provide exceptional nursing services
  • Providing a wide spectrum of services within our fully equipped nursing clinic (i.e. compression therapy, oncology support, hydration management, IV therapy ostomy and wound care, catheter management , etc.)
  • Performing other clinical duties as required

What You Bring

  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) degree or diploma
  • Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standing
  • A strong desire and commitment to making a difference in the lives of our patients
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • CPR Certification
  • Current immunization record including 2 step TB test
  • To protect our patients, we require a current vulnerable sector check and a clear background check
