Job Summary

Are you a dedicated and compassionate Clinic Nurse ready to make a difference in clients' lives? Join our expanding and dynamic team as a Clinic Nurse in our state-of-the-art Integrated Care Clinic and play a vital role in our patient-centered approach.

1. Provide attentive nursing care to patients with empathy and professionalism.
2. Assist in patient assessments, treatments, and procedures.
3. Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, ensuring adherence to medical standards and protocols.
4. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure holistic patient care.
5. Offer comprehensive patient education and support for a positive healthcare experience.
6. Hold a valid nursing license in good standing with the appropriate regulatory body (CNO).
7. Clear Vulnerable Sector Check valid within the year.
8. TB test (Step 1 and 2).
9. Valid CPR Certification within the year.
10. Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
11. Excel in a collaborative and fast-paced healthcare environment.
12. Have a strong understanding of medical protocols and best practices.
13. Proven experience in the Clinical Nursing field.
14. Experience with electronic medical records.
15. Knowledge of medical terminology.
16. Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) is an asset.
17. Experience with Alayacare Program is an asset.
18. Experience with TELUS CHR EMR is an asset.
19. French speaking ability is an asset.

Job Details

Type: Full-Time

Salary: Starting at $35.00 per hour, depending on experience
