Job description

You’ll be a developer on an international development team that spans all aspects of web application implementation. You’ll work with a diverse, technology-driven team to come up with innovative solutions, and support the reliability of the codebase and technology stack in time.

Your primary responsibilities :

1. Contribute to the architecture of new solutions by sharing your experience and expertise in brainstorming sessions with your team.
2. Ensure the quality, relevance, and performance of the evolving codebase.
3. Be involved in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from specification to design, development, and deployment.
4. Explore experimental technologies and contribute to the product and technical roadmaps of the company.
5. Produce clean, maintainable, high-quality code.
6. Produce design documents and documentation to ensure best development practices.
7. Mentor junior developers by participating in weekly technical workshops, code reviews, and pair programming.
8. Keep up to date on industry developments and trends.
9. Assist in technical story writing.
10. Provide recommendations for improvements in the overall development process.
11. Attend and conform to end-user security awareness training, information security policies, non-disclosure agreements, regulatory or contractual requirements.

Qualifications :

1. Hands-on experience with ClojureScript.
2. At least 5 years of experience in front-end web applications.
3. At least 5 years of experience in back-end web applications (Node.js, Ruby on Rails, etc.).
4. At least 3 years of experience in React.js.
5. Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
6. BSc or higher in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
7. Proven ability to produce high-quality code and provide constructive code reviews.
8. Ability to learn, analyze, and adopt new technologies.
9. Strong communication skills across all channels: visual, oral, and written.
10. Full professional proficiency in English.

Assets :

1. Knowledge in Audiology.
2. Knowledge of Hebrew language.
3. Familiarity with working in an Agile environment.
4. Experience in Functional Programming.
