Special Tasks: General
- Lead and manage a team of property professionals in areas including transactional financials, OH&S, EEO, operations, HR, negotiation, and contracting.
- Contribute to the development and fulfillment of asset strategies by developing asset strategies and plans.
- Ensure client asset plan expenditure savings targets are achieved.
- Deliver an exceptional quality of service to the client, as reflected by client feedback.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the property asset management service offering.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of analysis and information for asset plans, management reports, and other client and management requirements.
- Manage risks related to public liability, fire and lift safety, essential and non-essential services, staff, office, and contractors, including timely issue resolution and risk management planning.
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of all company and building systems.
- Achieve all KPI targets related to Asset and Business Plans, including capital expenditure and OH&S.
- Provide training and develop staff through performance assessments and training, managing workload and succession planning.
- Ensure team compliance with Managing Agent Agreement with the client.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational advice to clients and manage the transition from pre-completion to occupation phases.
- Assess and recommend staff employment for the asset, manage tenant relations, and oversee building operations, leasing, advertising, and promotion.
- Manage budgets, finance administration, billing, collection, tenancy schedules, fit-outs, capital works, and reporting.
- Administer building services contracts and manage repairs and maintenance.
- Coordinate with legal, planning, surveying, project management, tax, and accounting professionals.
Performance Indicators
- Achieve financial and operational targets, including financial returns.
- Deliver high-quality management services reflected by client feedback.
- Develop accurate asset plans, budgets, and reports.
- Maintain high satisfaction levels among tenants and clients.
- Manage and develop staff effectively, as measured by feedback and performance.

- Relevant tertiary qualifications are preferred.
