A leading company is seeking a Production Support Analyst IT - Level 3 for a 12+ month contract in Montreal. The role involves daily support for production environments, incident management, and collaboration with development teams. Candidates should have over 5 years of support experience, preferably in the banking sector, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Location : Montreal, QC (Hybrid)
The Client Analyst ("Analyst") is responsible and accountable for the daily support and health of the production environment for multiple applications in the ALMT area. Responsibilities include change, user request, incident, and problem management for the department. Functional support and user setup may be performed as needed. The Analyst will serve on a team acting as the first point-of-contact (Level 1 and 2), receiving, recording, understanding issues, fixing known issues, suggesting improvements, routing unknown issues to Level 3 support, and communicating resolutions to requestors. Assisting the user community in resolving technical issues is also part of the role. Coverage during weekends and off-hours is on an "as needed" basis.
