Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Several years of progressively responsible management experience.
• Experience with unionized environments and labour agreements is an asset.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR management, staff development and labour relations decisions.
• Lead operations and facilities planning to improve efficiency and safety.
• Manage department finances, budgets, accounts and reporting.
• Coordinate communications and reporting with university offices.
• Guide strategic planning and policy development with the Head of Economics.
