Job summary

Qualifications

• Magento/Adobe Commerce certification or other large platform experience and/or certification preferred.
• Proven experience in digital product delivery using agile methodology.
• Experience working with web development teams and strong familiarity with web/eCommerce technology.
• Exceptional organization and time‑management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to shift between changing priorities, balancing autonomy and collaboration.
• Creative, highly organized, and self‑motivated person.
• College degree or equivalent experience required.
• PMP/PSPO/CSPO certification considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of 3rd party applications.
• Define requirements and write user stories.
• Support business by prioritizing product backlog.
• Ensure applications serve their intended purpose and deliver business value.
• Ensure applications meet acceptable standards for stakeholders, customers, and partners.
• Ensure security controls are in place to mitigate and manage risks.
• Understand scalability of each application and provide recommendations.
• Perform product demos.
• Understand application components and infrastructure to mitigate integration concerns.
• Keep track of dependencies and avoid single points of failure.
• Support Product Owner responsibilities and initiatives.
