Job Description

The Product Owner will be responsible for managing the product development process using an agile framework and ensuring meaningful solutions for the business and customers. The role works closely with cross‑functional teams to solve problems and proactively identify the root cause of issues, developing effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value.
• Define and prioritize user stories and product backlog items.
• Communicate with and support key stakeholders throughout the software development process.
• Provide clarity on requirements to all key stakeholders.
• Ensure products deliver measurable business value and meet performance expectations.
• Identify dependencies, integration risks, and potential single points of failure.
• Guide implementation planning and delivery, defining content and validating outcomes to achieve successful release delivery.

Qualifications

• Magento/Adobe Commerce certification or other large platform experience and/or certification preferred.
• Proven experience in digital product delivery using agile methodology.
• Experience working directly with web development teams and strong familiarity with web/eCommerce technology.
• Exceptional organization and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate status and problems to team members and non‑technical managers effectively.
• Ability to shift between changing priorities, balancing autonomy and collaboration.
• Creative, highly organized, self‑motivated individual.
• College degree or equivalent experience required.
