Job summary

Toromont Cat is seeking a Manager, Product Management (eCommerce) to define, design, integrate, and grow its portfolio of customer-facing eCommerce platforms. You will partner with Business Units, Marketing, IT, and Caterpillar to drive adoption, usage, and measurable business value across digital channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master/Tech program in IT, Marketing or business.
• 10+ years of experience in systems design and development.
• Experience with B2B and/or B2C eCommerce platforms, including marketplace and procurement-enabled solutions.
• Strong English and French communications.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and ongoing optimization for Toromont’s eCommerce platforms.
• Partner with Business Units to develop adoption strategies and onboarding plans.
• Work with Marketing to design, launch, and measure digital/eCommerce campaigns.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth.
• Coordinate with Caterpillar, IT, and stakeholders to align integrations and go-live plans.
