Job summary

Nest Designs in Richmond, BC, is seeking an Ecommerce Coordinator to support day-to-day ecommerce execution. You will help keep product data accurate, optimize merchandising across Shopify, and coordinate content in a headless CMS with cross-functional teams. The role involves QA, reporting, and email workflow tasks in Klaviyo.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of ecommerce experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills, with on-site work in Richmond, BC.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising or related role.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify store management and product data.
• Experience with a CMS (Prismic, Contentful, Sanity, Storyblok or similar) is an asset.
• Experience with Klaviyo or another email marketing platform.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to catch errors before customers see them.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple launches and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day website content updates within headless CMS (Prismic).
• Execute ecommerce merchandising updates, product sequencing and promotions.
• Coordinate product data in Shopify with frontend content in Prismic.
• Build and update campaign and product landing pages based on briefs.
• Maintain site content and identify outdated or inconsistent information.
• Pull and prepare recurring ecommerce performance reports and dashboards.
