Key Responsibilities

- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with clients across key industries.
- Lead the sales process from tendering to contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored engineering solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Contribute to market research and business planning for growth initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record in business development or sales within mechanical engineering, industrial fabrication, or heavy industry sectors.
- Established industry network with a knack for generating high-value leads.
- Technical proficiency in engineering solutions, fabrication, and industrial maintenance.
- Experience in contract negotiation, tendering, and managing large-scale sales projects.
- Results-oriented mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel nationwide to nurture client relationships and pursue business opportunities.
