The Company

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with clients across key industries.
  • Lead the sales process from tendering to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored engineering solutions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Contribute to market research and business planning for growth initiatives.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record in business development or sales within mechanical engineering, industrial fabrication, or heavy industry sectors.
  • Established industry network with a knack for generating high-value leads.
  • Technical proficiency in engineering solutions, fabrication, and industrial maintenance.
  • Experience in contract negotiation, tendering, and managing large-scale sales projects.
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide to nurture client relationships and pursue business opportunities.
