Your day to day
As Manager ITM, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our talent strategy, methodology, and approach. You will ensure a comprehensive talent and performance management framework and develop a robust succession pipeline for key roles.
The Role
As Manager ITM , you will support in shaping Talent Strategy, methodology and approach by ensuring a comprehensive talent and performance management framework and strong succession pipeline for core roles.
You will develop, deploy, and manage the Learning and Development offerings across RBH creating the best experience for our employees in upskilling / re-skilling their capabilities. Ensure maximum integration and relevancy of learning and development activities across the region and globally and minimum duplication of effort and spending. You will also play a key role designing the local strategy that will develop employees' capabilities for today and the future, enhance their mindsets and adapt their behaviors to enable a cultural transformation across the organization, aligned with the company values and business priorities.
Reporting directly to the Senior Integrated Talent Management Manager for Canada, you will work closely with the People & Culture leadership team and other functions and senior leaders to deliver results in the areas of your accountability. This role offers significant opportunities for professional growth and development within a leading organization.
