BrightPath Kids Inc. is hiring an Early Childhood Educator (ECE) - Level 1, 2 or 3 in Eastview, AB. The role offers a $17–$19 per hour wage with a Government Wage Enhancement on top, and there are no evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• ECE certification (Level 1–3) or B.Ed./Equivalent required.
• Must meet province requirements for childcare employment.
• Current Standard First Aid and infant CPR.
• Current immunization and health assessment as per local health requirements.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing a program aligned with BrightPath’s curriculum to support child development.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment for children.
• Assess abilities and needs of children and discuss progress with parents and staff.
• Collaborate with coworkers, management, and families.
• Attend staff meetings and professional development as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
