Client Service Administrator

How You’ll Make An Impact

As a vital part of our team, you'll create a welcoming environment for clients, providing exceptional service at every step. You'll build positive relationships with clients and colleagues, ensuring their hearing journey is smooth and enjoyable.

Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service: Be the first point of contact for clients, delivering excellent customer care. Greet clients, handle inbound calls and emails, and respond to inquiries professionally and warmly.
  2. Appointment Scheduling: Manage clinician schedules, book appointments, and coordinate follow-ups to ensure smooth clinic operations.
  3. Clinic Maintenance: Keep the clinic tidy and organized, ensuring supplies are stocked and the waiting area is welcoming.
  4. Administrative Support: Support clinicians by maintaining client files, managing stock orders, and assisting with basic hearing aid maintenance, events, and promotions.
  5. Accounting & Insurance: Process payments, manage insurance claims, oversee accounts receivable, and maintain inventory with attention to detail for smooth financial operations.
What You Bring
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel
