The City of Belleville, known as the ‘Friendly City’, is located at the mouth of the Moira River where it meets the picturesque Bay of Quinte. Currently, the City of Belleville has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, strategic, and dynamic individual to join our Community Services Department as a Client Services Representative.

Hours: A minimum of 4 hours up to a maximum of 35 hours per week, on a schedule to be determined by the department, between the hours of 5:45AM and 11:00PM, Monday through Sunday

Salary: Jurisdiction A Grade 5 $30.15 to $34.65 per hour

PURPOSE & SCOPE:
As a representative for the Community Services Department (CSD), the Client Services Representative (CSR) will provide information and registration assistance to the public related to City programs and services and respond to general enquiries via telephone, email and in-person. This position processes daily revenue through a point-of-sale system related to program, service and facility rental payments. The CSR is also responsible for providing clerical support for the Department, such as typing, filing, faxing and photocopying.
