Tree Canada is seeking an HR Generalist to manage HR practices and support operations in a growing organization. The role involves enhancing employee experience and fostering a collaborative culture. Ideal candidates have HR experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for environmental initiatives.
Salary range: $75,000-$95,000 commensurate with experience
Term: Full-time permanent (37.5 hours/week)
Location: National Capital Region
Language Requirements: English, with French being a strong asset

About the Position
The HR Generalist plays a central role in managing Tree Canada’s HR practices and processes and supporting the overall HR function in a growing organization. Your primary focus will be prioritizing HR projects while ensuring seamless HR operations. You will work closely with people leaders and employees to enhance the employee experience and contribute to a high performing, collaborative culture.
