The Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, oversees finance strategies for Global Wealth Management (GWM), ensuring alignment with regulations, policies, and strategic goals. This role involves managing financial processes, controls, and data reporting, and providing detailed financial analysis to support profit planning, forecasts, and performance reviews.

This position requires applying analytics to enhance financial intelligence in planning, forecasting, analysis, and strategic initiatives. The Senior Manager acts as a subject matter expert on executive reporting and expense management, also cross-training finance teams to strengthen overall capabilities in GWM.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership: Lead a customer-focused culture, prioritize initiatives, build relationships across teams, motivate staff, and drive operational improvements aligned with Bank values and compliance standards.
2. Reporting Activities: Manage GWM consolidation for forecasts and plans, oversee executive reports, analyze expense streams, prepare dashboards (e.g., Power BI), and ensure financial results align with strategic objectives.
3. Strategic Support: Act as primary contact for GWM finance partners, review financial results, challenge assumptions, and lead discussions on expense optimization and internal controls.
4. Stakeholder Engagement: Support strategy implementation, identify opportunities, and coordinate with internal and external audit teams to ensure readiness and compliance.

Qualifications:

• MBA and/or accounting designation preferred
• Minimum 10 years' relevant financial experience
• Expertise in executive reporting, expense management, and financial applications (e.g., Hyperion, OBI)
• Deep knowledge of GWM products, services, and regulatory environment
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills
