The Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, supports strategic direction, leadership, and oversight of finance matters for Global Wealth Management (GWM). Responsibilities include defining, managing, and delivering financial processes, controls, and reporting for GWM, providing in-depth financial analysis to support profit planning, forecasts, and profitability reviews. This role involves applying analytics to enhance financial intelligence, acting as a subject matter expert on reporting and expense management, and cross-training finance teams to improve capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a customer-focused culture, fostering relationships across the bank.
• Prioritize and drive cross-functional initiatives independently.
• Build relationships with finance teams and business partners to support strategic priorities and financial performance.
• Lead operational improvements in finance processes, streamlining workflows and enhancing experiences.
• Oversee GWM finance reporting activities, including consolidation, forecasting, and planning processes.
• Analyze expense streams and prepare insightful reports and commentary.
• Support the bank and GWM strategies through stakeholder engagement and strategic analysis.
• Maintain strong internal controls and manage audit processes.

Skills & Qualifications

• MBA and/or accounting designation preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant financial experience.
• Strong executive reporting skills and expense management expertise.
• Experience with financial applications like Hyperion, OBI, or similar.
• Deep knowledge of GWM products, services, and regulatory environment.
• Leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
