The role of the Senior Manager, Business Development (Aviation Finance) involves sourcing, underwriting, and managing the banking service requirements of aviation finance clients. This role works closely with the VP, Franchise Finance, in a highly specialized area that relies heavily on the value of aviation assets and involves oversight of various regulatory bodies.

We are seeking a specialized Senior Manager to source, negotiate, and structure deals within the aviation sector. The role focuses on business development and networking, as well as participating in underwriting and review processes, including documentation, loan security, and negotiations.

Your role :
  • Sales driven. Relationship driven. Engaged. Motivated.
  • Drive Business Growth: Lead initiatives in the aviation financing sector, develop and execute sales plans, build relationships with industry stakeholders, and identify new market opportunities.
  • Lead and Mentor: Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, foster a high-performance culture, and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Financial Management: Manage sales targets, oversee complex financial transactions, and ensure profitable growth with strong risk management practices.
Prerequisites :
  • 5-10 years of sales or sales management experience in Aviation Financing.
  • Proven track record in business development and relationship management.
  • Strong background in risk assessment and complex financial transactions.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, commerce, or equivalent experience.
