The Customer Service Agent answers incoming phone calls from customers, manages customer requests throughout the sales process. They identify and respond to customer needs and advise them on the company's products. He/she establishes a long-term relationship of trust with customers and ensures quality service, including order processing, deliveries, and after-sales follow-up.
