Civil Foreman
A DAY IN THE LIFE
Inspect, maintain, and demonstrate the use of heavy equipment while practicing safety.
Use grade stakes, lasers, and GPS technology for surveying and positioning.
Oversee crews, recommend promotions, and suggest terminations to the Trade Superintendent.
Enforce OSHA, MSHA, FRA, and DOT regulations on-site, including for subcontractor crews and visitors.
100% travel required
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Valid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR).
Ability to be located near the current job site or willing to travel.
Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and co-workers through effective communication, sharing clear expectations, and holding others accountable.

Pay Range: $31.20 - $36 per hour; per diem based on eligibility.
Individual compensation will be determined based on the applicant's experience and qualifications, internal equity, and location, in accordance with applicable laws. Compensation is one aspect of our overall benefits package.
