What You'll Be Doing :

As a Product Manager at Cliniconex, you'll play a vital role in shaping our product roadmap and driving the execution of features that enhance healthcare communication. Your work will contribute directly to our mission of improving care delivery by enabling seamless, timely collaboration between healthcare teams, patients, and families.

You'll work closely with our engineering team, product marketing manager, UX / UI designer and customers to deliver valuable solutions that solve real-world problems. This is a hands-on role where strategic thinking and attention to detail meet execution and collaboration.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate daily with the engineering team to define product requirements and prioritize the development backlog.
  • Work alongside the UX / UI Designer to validate user flows and ensure intuitive design and functionality.
  • Partner with the Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to translate product features into customer benefits and value propositions.
  • Collaborate with the PMM for product discovery by engaging with customers, users, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and identify opportunities.
  • Write clear and concise product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories.
  • Own delivery of new product and features, from conception through pilot and release.
  • Leverage market and competitor research to inform product strategy.
  • Maintain product documentation and ensure alignment across departments.
  • Advocate for user-centric design and continuous improvement in all aspects of the product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with the PMM, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to drive product success metrics.

What We're Looking For :

We're on the lookout for a passionate and driven individual who :

  • Has 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or healthcare technology.
  • Demonstrates strong technical understanding and comfort working with development teams.
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment and communicates effectively across disciplines.
  • Brings analytical thinking and attention to detail to decision-making processes.
  • Is experienced with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or equivalents.
  • Understands the fundamentals of product design and user experience principles.

Bonus Points for :

  • Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment.
  • Familiarity with healthcare systems, EMRs, or compliance standards like HIPAA.
  • Skills in data analysis or proficiency in SQL.
  • Prior experience integrating feedback loops between marketing, design, and engineering.
