Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Agent. The Mortgage Agent will be responsible for serving clients by providing mortgage solutions, performing mortgage servicing tasks, marketing mortgage products, and facilitating the mortgage lending process. Day-to-day tasks include client consultations, processing mortgage applications, maintaining relationships with lenders, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Mortgage Industry, including Mortgage Servicing and Mortgage Lending
• Knowledge of Mortgages and the process of obtaining them
• Skills in Mortgage Marketing and promoting mortgage solutions
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proven ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and lenders
• Experience in financial services or related fields is a plus
• License to operate as a Mortgage Agent in the relevant jurisdiction
