We’re hiring a Procurement Project Manager to join a global tech company in the sports and fitness space. With over 1,000 SaaS tools in use, this role is key to managing internal procurement projects, improving workflows, and aligning departments for success.

You’ll lead procurement intake, manage internal stakeholders, and partner with finance and 3rd party procurement services to ensure compliance, cost optimization, and operational clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Internal Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the go-to for procurement requests across internal teams, ensuring smooth renewals and onboarding.
• Project & Process Ownership: Build and manage structured intake processes and procurement workflows.
• 3rd Party Platform Oversight: Handle contract governance, compliance, and reporting in partnership with Sastrify account managers.
• Finance Collaboration: Support budget planning, forecasting, and procurement analytics.

Ideal Profile:

• 3-5+ years in procurement or project management (ideally in tech/SaaS/product company)
• Strong internal stakeholder management and process design skills
• Comfortable driving change and working with senior leadership (e.g. CFO)
• Experience with platforms like Sastrify is a bonus
