Location: Downtown Vancouver, BC

Our client, a premier property owner and developer in Downtown Vancouver, is seeking a skilled Plumber to join their in-house maintenance team. This role is ideal for independent and self-motivated professionals.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations on plumbing systems in various settings.
2. Respond to emergencies and adhere to safety standards and building codes.
3. Collaborate on large projects and maintain accurate records of work and inventory.
4. Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with property occupants.
5. Inspect properties for preventive maintenance and manage tools and equipment.
6. Stay updated on plumbing technologies and practices.

Requirements:

• Experience in plumbing maintenance and repair.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Red Seal Plumber certification is an asset.
• Physical fitness to handle demanding tasks, including lifting heavy equipment.
