The Role

As a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive, you'll focus on acquiring new customers across the Americas, engaging with C-suite and technical decision-makers, and managing the full sales cycle using the MEDDPICC methodology.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Engage with senior decision-makers at prospective clients.
  2. Collaborate on territory acquisition and partner strategies.
  3. Develop targeted customer acquisition campaigns with marketing.
  4. Represent Tyk at events to build brand awareness.
  5. Conduct meetings, close deals, and manage contracts.
  6. Coordinate onboarding and account management transitions.
  7. Utilize CRM tools and pursue continuous professional development.
Candidate Requirements
  1. Proven experience in strategic enterprise sales, preferably with technical products.
  2. Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and procurement.
  3. Ability to manage complex deals and craft compelling proposals.
  4. Passion for APIs and digital technologies.
  5. Excellent communication and executive presence.
  6. Self-motivated, resilient, and skilled in multitasking.
  7. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
