As an Ad Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the successful execution and optimization of digital paid media campaigns.You will work closely with our Media Operations & Media Buying teams, as well as with the larger Paid Media team and other cross-functional teams to ensure that our clients' advertising initiatives are effectively implemented and meet their objectives.

Please note that this is a Part Time opportunity.

What You'll Do Here:

• Responsible for fully managing the Influencer opt-in process for paid media campaigns
• Ensure proper tracking and tagging are in place for campaign performance analysis.
• Ensure pixels are correctly set up and created to track paid performance campaigns
• Assist in generating regular reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies that may arise during campaign delivery.
• Support the Operations Manager, Paid Media with Ad accounts and Business Manager set up, configuration and optimization for Viral Nation’s ad accounts
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and ad tech innovations to bring new ideas and best practices to the team.

You'll Need To Have:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and draw insights.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets and other data analysis tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including a basic knowledge of various Digital Marketing and Business terms and acronyms (i.e. CVR, CPA, CPC, etc.).
• Detail-oriented and able to work in an incredibly fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with ad serving platforms or ad trafficking is a plus.
