Location: Anywhere in Canada, with a virtual work opportunity (1-2 days in office per month may be required).

What You Will Do

  • Advising and supporting Hiring Managers in engaging external resources.
  • Handling complex cases, escalations, and requests independently.
  • Managing contract revisions, risk assessments, change management, and relationships.
  • Addressing matters related to classification, conflicts, immigration, taxation, data security, and more, often partnering with internal experts and external providers.
  • Working on complex, high-risk cases involving legislative compliance, policies, and guidelines.
Candidate Responsibilities
  • Promoting the CLO’s brand through a customer-centric approach.
  • Managing cases within the vendor management system (Flextrack).
  • Training stakeholders on system use.
  • Conducting due diligence and advising stakeholders.
  • Maintaining documentation and managing complex and high-risk cases.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
  • Responding to inquiries, providing reports, and managing escalations.
  • Leading educational sessions and contributing to firm objectives.
Qualifications
  • College or university degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years’ experience with contract labour or contingent workforce case management.
  • Experience drafting third-party agreements and liaising with multiple parties.
  • Exposure to immigration matters and stakeholder management skills.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with ServiceNow and Flextrack an asset.
  • Legal training or experience is an asset.
  • Fluency in English, both written and oral.
