Under general supervision, the Clerk Dispatcher is responsible for performing general clerical duties and operating radio and telephone equipment.
Because the Authority serves the public 24 hours a day, employees in this role are expected to work overtime as needed and may be required to accept short-notice overtime during emergencies or unusual conditions.

Minimum requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent, with coursework in commercial subjects, and either five (5) years of clerical experience with a utility firm or three (3) years of experience as a Dispatcher.
