Collaborating with the Group Fitness Director and team, the role aims to deliver exceptional fitness experiences while promoting services that enhance member satisfaction and retention.

Essential Functions:

• Deliver an exceptional fitness experience to every member, every time
• Instruct safe, effective group fitness classes that exceed expectations and foster a positive environment
• Create a motivating class atmosphere to help members reach their goals
• Teach classes in accordance with industry standards
• Promote club activities and programs to attendees

Job Responsibilities:

• Be available to members before and after classes
• Represent the club positively at all times
• Maintain class records and statistics as directed
• Track attendance and schedule in MotionVibe, following payroll procedures
• Follow substitution policies, limiting replacements to no more than 50%
• Attend all mandatory meetings and training
• Maintain certifications and complete ongoing education
• Organize studio equipment and clean after classes
• Report safety issues or injuries promptly
• Report equipment or studio issues
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Work early mornings, late nights, and weekends as needed

Experience, Education & Certifications:

• Nationally recognized group fitness certification from an accepted provider or equivalent degree
• Secondary certification if required for specific classes
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Teaching experience preferred
