JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is looking for a Call Centre Representative to join one of Canada's largest credit unions. This person will be onsite five days a week in Downtown Vancouver.

The chosen candidate will be working on:

• Assisting large financial institutions and internal stakeholders in resolving a variety of transaction discrepancies.
• Dealing with financial data and providing high-level analysis.
• Responding to emails and advisory phone calls.
• Updating tracking in Excel spreadsheets.

This person should have:

• Great attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service etiquette.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
