Infosys is seeking an experienced professional for the role of Lab Applications Specialist (Empower, Biovia, Labware, MODA). Required Skills

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Ontario or Calgary, or willing to relocate. Travel may be required.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Equivalent experience (three years of progressive experience) may substitute for education.
• Minimum of 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Authorized to work in Canada without employer-sponsored visa; no immigration sponsorship is available for this role.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Lab Applications (Empower, Biovia, Labware, MODA).
• Application troubleshooting and maintenance (L2/L3) experience with web applications built on .NET and COTS applications.
• Knowledge of incident, problem, change, and release management processes, and service catalogues.
• Development and troubleshooting experience with SQL.
• Understanding of Microsoft IIS and web services.
• Familiarity with the Life Science (Pharma) domain is an advantage.
• Experience supporting Windows-based applications.
• Proficiency in SQL, Service-Now, and Web Services.

This role involves extended periods of sitting and working at a computer, with communication via telephone, email, or face-to-face interactions.

Estimated annual compensation for candidates in Ontario ranges from $89,004 to $103,042.
