SUMMARY:

To maximize sales of beauty products and services sold by Shoppers Drug Mart.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maximize sales and awareness of promotional programs.
• Maintain a “selling is fun” attitude.
• Promote sales of beauty products.
• Encourage customers to participate in the PC Optimum program.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

• Create a positive environment for customers and coworkers.
• Always prioritize the customer and provide superior customer service.
• Use eClienteling to model desired behavior and enhance service.
• Promote products through marketing and encourage PC Optimum program use.
• Promote and book appointments for in-store events.

OPERATIONS:

• Exhibit and promote the company’s products and services.
• Attend workshops and education sessions.
• Follow Cosmetics Operating Standards.

GENERAL:

• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Adhere to store policies and procedures.
• Implement loss prevention policies.
• Act professionally at all times.
• Perform other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong planning, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Independent thinking and decision-making ability.
• Selling skills in cosmetics or luxury goods.

EXPERIENCE:

• Proven consultative skills and sales track record.
• Good knowledge of beauty products and services.
• Ability to conduct makeup and skincare consultations and demonstrations.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders.
• Ability to bend and stretch for stocking shelves.
